Quality Assurance

We provide Quality Assurance which prevents mistakes or defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers.We perform quality inspection at the time of processing the tools. We have Zoller smart check 5-axis machine and we also have special machine for inspection of inserts. We apply QA to physical products in pre-production to verify specifications and requirements and during manufacturing production runs by validating lot samples meet specified quality controls.

Infrastructure Facilities

We have a support of high-tech infrastructure unit that is divided into various units like manufacturing unit, quality control, research & development and a warehousing & packaging facility. These units are functional and manned by team of adroit professionals who have immense expertise in their respective domains. Our manufacturing unit makes us proficient in accomplishing bulk and urgent requirements of the clients within time frame.
